Schools

Think Wellbeing work with staff, students and parents in schools.

Staff – we can deliver inset day training, talks and workshops. We can also offer 1:1 coaching for staff who may need support with their emotional or physical health and wellbeing.

Students – School can be challenging for some young people and sometimes students benefit from additional support to help them manage their emotional health. We can offer interactive workshops or motivational talks that will support students to improve their resilience and coping skills, develop their critical thinking skills, learn to problem solve and support them to face life challenges head on.

Parents – We can develop and deliver informative and inspirational talks for parents’ evenings or school events.

We are committed to supporting young people to learn to manage their health and wellbeing and focus on making positive life choices as they grow up.
We support schools empowering children and young people to be healthy and resilient individuals. The areas we focus on include:

  • Emotional Resilience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Building healthy relationships
  • Managing anxiety and worry
  • Social media – online awareness

We also offer talks and workshops aimed at supporting employees in schools to manage their physical and mental health. We can develop and deliver training for inset days on any area relating to the health and wellbeing of your staff.
