I am a health and wellbeing coach, trainer, facilitator and speaker with over 25 years’ experience in the industry working privately and within both NHS and local authority.
I encourage a balanced, practical approach to health and wellbeing and my overall aim is to support people and to improve their health and wellbeing by making practical and achievable lifestyle changes to recreate the equilibrium in life.
I use motivational and behaviour change skills to encourage people to gain an understanding and awareness around their own needs and learn how to make the necessary changes to ensure those needs are being met.
To facilitate this process, I can focus on several different areas of health and wellbeing including improving emotional wellbeing, managing stress, living with a chronic condition, making better food choices and increasing physical activity.
I use an integrative CBT based approach to my work and can adapt my coaching tools and techniques to suit your needs or the needs of your organisation.
Coaching can also be offered on a face to face basis or via Skype or telephone.
I am also a freelance health writer and can write articles on any health and wellbeing topic.
