We offer a consultancy service that supports you to build a workplace that supports the long-term health and wellbeing of all your staff.

Change to Thrive

A programme that works with your company to identify why employees are lacking in motivation and how this impacting on the productivity of the organisation. Addressing the health and wellbeing of your employees can be challenging when everyone’s needs are different. The Change to Thrive programme is designed to encourage organisations to work in partnership with their employees to build a workplace that plays to everyone’s strengths and recognises the needs of each employee alongside the needs of the organisation. It is a collaborative approach which aims to develop a healthy and motivated workforce and a productive and forward-thinking organisation.

Coaching

We can offer 1:1 coaching for employees who are struggling either emotionally with mental health issues or physically with managing a long-term condition. Absenteeism and presenteeism are an issue for organisations and can cost a lot to manage not only financially but also in productivity.
Coaching helps clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. The coach guides clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging them to make long term changes.

Ergonomics

During an average working day we can expect to sit for somewhere around 7 to 8 hours – This can be challenging for individuals who have musculoskeletal issues or can also play a part in developing problems with your back, neck and shoulders. It is important to ensure your workstation is set up to be ergonomically supportive. We offer a service where we can visit you either at work or at home and assess your workstation and make appropriate recommendations and improvements.

Workplace Training

We can develop and deliver training courses, workshops or talks on relevant topics including mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. Our programmes are informative and interactive, and we can provide anything from a 1-hour informal talk to a half or full day training course. We are also in the process of developing a range of E Learning packages.
